How does your mobile notary service work?
Before we despatch our notaries, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
How much are your fees?
Our fees vary depending on your location & documents in need of notarization.
Our minimum fee for mobile service is $35. This includes travel & 1 notarization.
Our minimum fee for remote notarization is $25.
How can I pay?
For same-day notary appointments we accept Cash, PayPal, Cash App & Credit Cards.
For pre-scheduled appointments, we require immediate payment by credit/debit card.
**We do not accept personal checks.
What are your hours?
We are open 24/6. Sundays we are closed, except for pre-scheduled loan closings.
Do you print documents?
Yes, we can print your documents in legal, and letter sizes for .25 cents per page.
Do you ship documents?
Yes, we ship documents via USPS, Fedex, and Ups for an additional $20. You must provide us with a pre-paid shipping label.
What do I need to prepare for notary my appointment?
A valid driver’s license or passport.
What locations do you serve?
For real estate loan closings we serve the entire State of Oklahoma.
For transactions over $75 we serve the entire State of Oklahoma.
For transactions less than $75, we serve Tulsa and the surrounding counties, up to 35 miles.
Do you notarize at prisons?
Yes. Please give us a call for an estimate.
Do you notarize at hospitals and medical facilities?
Yes. We serve the entire network of hospitals and medical facilities in the State of Oklahoma.
Do offer wedding officiant services?
No.
Do you notarize licenses for CBD/Marijuana?
No.
Do you notarize liquor licenses?
No.
